直接表す
プロパティは
ありません。

figcaption要素を表すプロパティはないので、id属性を用いて documentの getElementById()メソッドで、要素を取得する方法がお勧めです。この時に取得できるのはHTMLElement オブジェクトです。figcaption要素に id属性があれば、スクリプトで何か扱っているとHTMLソースだけを見ても推測できて注意を払えるからです。 尚、アンカーとしてid属性を用いる事も想定して、命名規則を決めておくのも良いと思います。
